As far back as I can remember, I have always loved movies.
Well, that’s not entirely true.
Since about the 6th grade, I have found an uncanny ability to remember far too much about movies, thus resulting in my classmates and teachers nickname for me, some variation of “Movie Guy” or “The Movie-Encyclopedia”.
I watch any and all types of movies, from chick flicks and rom coms, to old art-house foreign films from the likes of Bergman to Fellini and Kurosawa.
I have an extensive collection of hard copy films right around the 400 mark the last time I checked, but that however has most likely changed.
